Exchange Policy

Exception Policy

Here at Aashna’s Boutique, we are a small group of staff, however we take great efforts in order to give our customers the best overall product. We recognise that we could miss a detail or two on the products which leads us to our exception policy.

Damage -

If we have given you a damaged product by mistake, then we will acknowledge our mistake and take the proper measurements of either issuing a refund or exchange. Please note that the damage has to be reported to us within 1–2 days of receiving the delivery. The product has to be in original condition when you received it and photos of the damage products are required to ensure proper investigation into it.

Wrong Item -

We acknowledge our mistake if you are given the wrong item. We take the proper measurements in ensuring this doesn’t happen again, and we will be happy to be in cahoots with you to discuss how you would like to proceed. Please note that we will need proper evidence of the mistake, including the customer receipt. You will need to allow us time to investigate the matter before proceeding further. Please ensure that the received product is not worn or used.

Not included in the exception policy

We have a no refund or exchange unless it falls under the exception policy, however, not everything will apply to the exception policy. This leads us to state what is not included in our exception policy:

Used items -

We want to ensure you have quality products, and we will acknowledge our faults, however this does not mean that we will accept used products and offer you a refund on this. Anything used will not be accepted, especially jewellery.

Sale Items -

All our sale items do not fall under the exception policy. These are final sales. Please understand that some of our sale products could have some minor damages or defects.
